Our award-winning Estate Agency is on the hunt for an experienced Sales Negotiator due to continued expansion.
Our existing team are something very special, they work in harmony with one another, share skills, support each other and enjoy plenty of laughter along the way. They now seek the ideal person to compliment this great dynamic. Recently awarded Best Agent in Holmfirth (British Property Awards) and Best Agency UK (The Negotiator Awards), our standards are high.
You will be part of our journey and mission, our mission to change the perception of estate agency for the better and deliver exceptional customer service and advice (in line with legislation and NAEA). You will visit client homes (use of own car essential), handle the on-boarding of new clients, conduct viewings and manage your own portfolio of properties from advertising to completion. You will have daily support from your team as well as from our Junior Estate Agent and Administrator.
You will have a drive for excellence and embrace our core values, including ‘Genuinely Caring’. You will be polite and professional, positive and excited for each day (well, most days). You will demonstrate a strong ability to handle sales progression, provide accurate marketing advice, have a proven sales record, and act within the best interests of our valued clients.
Salary is a competitive basic of £25,000 - £30,000 (varies upon skillset), plus both individual, and company bonus schemes as standard (on top of salary). The package we offer is much more than income alone. On going formal training starting from week one, with additional access to our Sales Negotiator qualification programme is also offered, as well as luxury and bespoke working environment in Holmfirth’s busy centre.
You will be part of our work family, and sit around our large, shared table each day to collaborate and contribute. We have bean bag chill out areas, unlimited fresh fruit, filtered water and soothing playlists. Darkwoods Coffee and local croissants are an essential to get the most from our weekly meeting.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9am-5.30pm (with leave @ 5pm if done, scheme in place). Tuesday: 8.30am – 5.30pm (with leave @ 5pm if done, scheme in place). Alternate Saturday: 9am – 1pm (with full weekday in lieu of each worked).
Week 1: 5 days (paid until 5.30pm but leave at 5pm scheme)
Week 2 : 4.5 days (paid until 5.30pm but leave at 5pm scheme)
