A report from one of the UK’s leading property websites revealed that the average price of properties entering the market rose by 0.8% this month — a £2,484 increase — as a result of the multiple lockdowns, government initiatives and the impending ‘spring seller season’.
Homeowners considering putting their home on the market have been urged to make the most of the surge in buyers in order to get the best price for their property.
The report also showed the number of potential buyers requesting more information about each available property has been at a record high this month — 34% more than the same period last year.
