Position: Sales Negotiator (trainee position also considered) – 4 days per week (9am – 5pm) including Saturday (9am – 4pm)

Applegate Properties, a distinguished estate agency in Holmfirth, is excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in fostering client relationships and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional customer services. It is a support role to our existing experienced team of Sales Negotiators and Client Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Engage with clients effectively, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the best of what our listings have to offer.
Administrative Excellence: Provide comprehensive support in all aspects of sales administration, maintaining organization and efficiency.
Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with the existing team to ensure seamless client experiences and successful transactions.
What We Require:
Professional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to confidently interact with clients and team members.
Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Transportation: Must possess a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance for property viewings and client meetings.
Enthusiastic Approach: We are looking for someone who is vibrant, energetic, and possesses a positive, can-do attitude, which resonates with our clients and team.
