That’s why we’re thrilled to have received recognition from the UK’s most renowned independent awards programme in the residential property space once again.
Having won five trophies over four consecutive years previously, we’re even prouder to reveal that, this year, we’ve landed the same number of nominations in one go.
Our Holmfirth-based estate and lettings agent is in the running for:
- Employer of the Year
- Regional Agency of the Year (Yorkshire and the Humber)
- Lettings Agency of the Year (small)
- Estate Agency of the Year (small)
With a special mention for our very own company manager, Grace Noke, who was shortlisted for:
- Rising Star of the Year
After graduating from The University of Huddersfield with a First-Class Honours degree in Business with Supply Chain Management – where she was awarded ‘Most Outstanding Student’ – Grace started out her career as part of a Graduate Retail Management Programme for an international retail chain.
But keen to follow her passion for property, she later joined the Applegate fold in 2020. Her rapid development across both the sales and lettings side of the business saw Grace climb the ranks to become company manager – and is now an integral part of the business.
Speaking on the quintet of nominations, managing director of Applegate Properties, Amy Wray, said: “Despite ongoing headwinds in the industry – including constant legislation updates, increased competition, and the global pandemic – our personal and professional touch hasn’t wavered.
“I’m honoured for the company to have received such prestigious recognition, but it’s important to acknowledge that Applegate’s success is down to its people. From our nominated Rising Star, Grace, to our wider team of industry experts, the drive and ambition to be successful and supportive – to colleagues and customers alike – is a real tonic today.”
We couldn’t be more delighted to have made the cut – both as a business and to celebrate Grace individually – and look forward to marking the celebratory event on 25 November at London’s Grosvenor House, surrounded by fellow nominees.
